Please respond if you are unavailable to do the workshop you are assigned to do.  If I don't hear from you, I will assume it still works for you.  Also, if you don't have a workshop or would like to do more please let me know, we would be happy to set up some additional evening workshops geared towards students.

April 21 12:30pm - 4:30pm Jim and Ellen (Back up Miki and Mike)

April 21st 5:30pm-9:30pm Kelly and Hal  (back up Julia and Pathy)

May 20th 8:30am - 12:30pm Brian and Miki (back up Jim and Ellen)


Please let me know if you feel like you have too many workshops or not enough.  It was difficult to get everyone workshops this time but again if you would like to do more or less just let me know.
