Dear Janet, in the meetings of SUNY-Geneso your name came up - as to be expected, not just in your committee report, but in between the lines, regarding copy rights.  The chancellor asked for input what we WANT fair use and copyright to become, so he could use this poriition in his deliberations in DC.  If you want, you could follow up with Jo Hildreth and then get a proposal to the chancellor?
