Dear Jim, I saw the website - and unfortunately, it is up to date the law - it does not concern SELFGRADING by students - but all other such activities. <http://www.education-world.com/a_issues/issues126.shtml> No such privacy-concerns exist in Europe (you still see lists of grades in front of offices with names attached), but here, the due process feeling is more dominant: can you be memeber of a team, and a fair judge at the same time? YOu can, in ROLE PLAY, learn the evaluation process (for example in teacher education) but you CANNOT use the gained information for any practical grading purposes.

TOO BAD YOU DON'T HAVE A BREAK so I can't wish you a good time - but with most of us gone, maybe you can breathe more freely?

nice group
