Hello, all
In discussing the place of University Service in the evaluation of
academic employees, it might be helpful to review Article XII §4  which
lists University service as one of the five criteria that may be used to
evaluate academic employees:


	
		
		Policies
	
	
		(d) Effectiveness of University service ‹ as demonstrated by such things
as college and University
public service, committee work, administrative work and work with students
or community in addition to
formal teacher-student relationships.

	


The five criteria are listed with no weighting, that is, they all appear
to be of equal importance.  The other four criteria are: Mastery of
subject matter, Effectiveness of teaching, Scholarly ability,and
Continuing growth.
