The last Teaching Breakfast focused on students in groups (collaborative learning) and also on students "evaluating" each others work.  I thought the group would be interested in knowing that  the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit recently ruled that the age-old tradition of pupils' grading their classmates' work violates a federal privacy act.  See the web at:
