I would like to know more about the Œlearning community¹ concept. Fundamental to any plan for our students should be an understanding of those students. I believe they are often first generation college students and are focused on a job, not a liberal arts education. Their ability to receive a liberal arts education will be limited by the habits and practices they establish early in their college career. Still it is a good question HOW to offer them the best recourses in the most educationally sound manner. WHO our students are is fundamental to that. Do we have that information?
