TBers, The Govcom.org Foundation, Amsterdam, and its collaborators <http://www.issuenetwork.org/node.php?id=21#14> have developed a software tool that locates and visualizes networks on the Web. The Issue Crawler, at http://issuecrawler.net, is used by NGOs and other researchers to answer questions about specific networks and effective networking more generally. You also may do in-depth research with the software. If you want to know more about this took visit: http://www.govcom.org/scenarios_use.html I've got an account you can use, if you don't want to register for your own. This tool looks interesting.
