Making Teaching
Manageable in Spring 2021, is a very good summary of practical advice. It speaks to pacing a course in a way that will optimize student learning. I felt that the article title sounded like a way to recognize faculty burden, but instead, it spoke about
ways to increase student learning and retention of that learning.

Hello all!
I hope you are all well and staying sane in these extraordinary times. In an effort to have some consistency and normalcy (at least a
little bit!) the TLTC and Faculty Center are holding Teaching Breakfasts Online every Thursday morning throughout the semester as a place to come together online to talk about the new modalities you are using to teach and hopefully share and get a few answers.
Each Thursday we will meet online in our Teaching Breakfast Teams space from 8:30-10:00am. If you are free at all during this time, please feel free to join the conversation.

Also, starting next week, we will be expanding the Teaching Breakfast. We will begin offering a Coffee Break on Wednesdays at 2:00pm. The topic will be the same for both sessions so choose the one that best
works with your schedule. Our hope is that we can include a larger audience in our discussions.
