I recently attended an electronic book and electronic publishing professional development event in Syracuse where I learned of a self publishing service now offered by Barnes and Nobel called pubit.  You can learn more about it at http://pubit.barnesandnoble.com

Also, I thought this would be timely given the recent discussion on Wikipedia….
