Attached is a flyer regarding our writing studio. These flyers are being distributed in the dorms by ATMs, but of course that won't reach everyone in your classes. Feel free to print and share these with your students. In addition, if you have any questions regarding any of our services, feel free to reach out to CADE staff at any time.

In addition, thank you for today's discussion at the TB. I would like to add one thought to the mindset discussion. I am a great supporter of teaching students the growth mindset, but one additional aspect should be noted. In terms of different demographics, we do actually have some students who "over-effort", and need to learn to work smarter, not harder. This can be a diversity issue (see the book Whistling Vivaldi for support and further discussion on this) since different populations approach work differently.
