This is a small thing:

You graciously increased the size of my school mailbox account and that was
great.  But it seems that the "marker"  that tells the computer system to
warn me that the mailbox is over the allowable size limit is still set for
the old (smaller) number, so I still get lots of messages that say "your
mailbox is over the allowable size limit."  Is there any way this could be
reset to eliminate these annoying messages?
