I just posted the DRAFT 2008 National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
(NOAA) Education Strategic Plan to the Teaching Breakfast website.  It is an
interesting read. NOAA's vision for this plan is to create "An informed
society that uses a comprehensive understanding of the role of the ocean,
coasts, and atmosphere in the global ecosystem to make the best social and
economic decisions."
