Jim
Thanks for sharing this article about MOOCs and online teaching.
The last six paragraphs of the article are about the CopyrightX course taught this semester by Harvard Law Professor William W. Fisher III. I was a member of that class. In fact, I took my final exam online on May 11 and am waiting to receive my grade, or evaluation of my work, for the course. I enjoyed his lectures, all of which were taped. He seemed to have adequate technical support, especially for the live exchanges between writers and artists that were also part of the class. It was the only class in which I have been a student when a TA had any responsibility, and I learned a lot about what activities are successful ones for TAs. It was altogether an interesting experience and has helped me shape ideas for online presentations and courses of my own.

TBers,

Thanks for another great year. Here's a worthy piece on MOOCs to kick off your summer reading. Enjoy and see you in the fall.
