Thanks for having posted the link to this article.
Although the article had some interesting ideas, I thought the comments, the
blogs, in reaction to the article, were especially good.
I don¹t think that being concerned about the ³satisfaction² level of
students is necessarily a ³business model² rather than a model of
traditional educational concerns.  I do, however, identify with the
questions raised about the value of ³accountability² measures that have been
imposed on formal higher education.
